Our Story
We began buying distressed properties in 2004. Although we resold the first property, we prefer to buy and hold. Over the last 21 years we have consistently grown. Our latest purchases are larger properties, for which we upgrade in phases and have rental income as we upgrade the next phase. We keep our costs down by having our own employees and have equipment and tools to complete most tasks, without having to hire more expensive contractors. One of our goals is to provide housing that is comfortable and safe.
